This home is the second largest floor plan offered in the Coronado series. At 60’ in length and 26’8” in width, this house comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,600 sq ft of living space. The front door opens to the open concept living area with no obstructions between the kitchen, dining space, or living room. The kitchen is L-shaped with a freestanding rectangular center 

island that includes a same-level breakfast bar extension. The kitchen comes with the option to place it at either the back left or right corner of the living space according to your preference. The guest bedrooms are located down the hall off the kitchen across from the utility/laundry room and are separated by the guest bathroom. Both bedrooms feature 112 sq ft and built-in, sliding door closets. The master suite is located at the end of the hall and includes the largest master bedroom in the Coronado series measuring roughly 238 sq ft. The master also includes a walk-in closet with built-in storage and a private on-suite bathroom. The master bathroom features a dual sink vanity, two linen closets, private toilet, and an enclosed walk-in shower with the option to remove the larger linen closet to allow for a separate soaking tub. 

As part of the Coronado series this home features some standard upgrades that are not included in the other product series. The kitchen comes standard with an 8” stainless steel sink, brushed nickel, pull-out sprayer faucet, tile backsplash accents, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The appliances include: a freestanding gas range with a microwave range hood, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and 21 CF side by side refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. The master bath comes standard with a 60” 1-piece fiberglass walk-in shower with an enclosure, dual porcelain vanity sinks, ceramic tile backsplash, mirrored medicine cabinet, elongated toilet, nickel towel bar & tissue holder, 36” high vanity with 2 vanity lights, and 3 LED recessed lights. The guest bath includes the same upgraded backsplash and fixtures with a 1-PC 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo, one, single sink, 30” high vanity, and 2 recessed lights.
