This model measures approximately 60’ in length, 26’8” in width and includes 1,520 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home features a recessed entry porch that opens into the open concept living area with the living room on the left and the kitchen and dining area to the right. The kitchen comes with the option to place it at either corner of the right wall and features an L-shape design with a rectangular center island. All 3 bedrooms include walk-in closets with the two guest bedrooms located down the hall from the dining area and the master suite located at the end of the hallway past the guest bathroom and utility/laundry room. The hallway also includes a guest coat closet and the utility/laundry room comes with the option to add a hallway door. Both guest bedrooms measure roughly 131 sq ft while the master bedroom measures approximately 182 sq ft. The master suite includes a larger walk-in closet with built-in storage as well as an on-suite bathroom that features an enclosed walk-in shower, private toilet, dual sink vanity and linen closet. The linen closet can be decreased in size and the toilet can be repositioned to allow for a separate soaking tub if desired. 

As part of the Coronado series this home features some standard upgrades that are not included in the other product series. The kitchen comes standard with an 8” stainless steel sink, brushed nickel, pull-out sprayer faucet, tile backsplash accents, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The appliances include: a freestanding gas range with a microwave range hood, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and 21 CF side by side refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. The master bath comes standard with a 60” 1-piece fiberglass walk-in shower with an enclosure, dual porcelain vanity sinks, ceramic tile backsplash, mirrored medicine cabinet, elongated toilet, nickel towel bar & tissue holder, 36” high vanity with 2 vanity lights, and 3 LED recessed lights. The guest bath includes the same upgraded backsplash and fixtures with a 1-PC 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo, one, single sink, 30” high vanity, and 2 recessed lights.
