This home measures 56’ in length, 26’8” in width and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,493 sq ft of living space. The front entrance is standard and does not feature a porch which allows for a larger 262 sq ft living room. The living area is open concept with no walls separating the living room, dining area, or kitchen. The kitchen is an L-shaped design located at the back right corner of the living space and can be flipped or relocated to the back left corner upon request. The cooking area includes a rectangular center island with a same-level breakfast bar extension facing the living room. The bedrooms are located down the hall from the dining area and each measure 137 sq ft and include walk-in closets. There is also a coat closet in between the two guest bed entrances in the hallway. The master suite is located at the end of the hall past the utility/laundry room and guest bathroom. The master bedroom measures roughly 169 sq ft and includes a walk-in closet with built-in storage as well as an on-suite bathroom. The master bathroom comes with dual vanity sinks, two linen closets, and a walk-in shower. The second linen closet can be removed and replaced with the walk-in shower to accommodate a separate soaking tub upon request. 

As part of the Coronado series this home features some standard upgrades that are not included in the other product series.
