The 1,413 sq ft of living space includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and concentrates the common space at the front of the home with the bedrooms and bathrooms located at the back of the home. The front door opens to the open concept common space with no obstructions between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is laid out as an L-shape at the back of the common space with a freestanding rectangular center island facing the living room. The guest bedrooms are located down the hallway from the living room across from the guest bathroom and utility/laundry room. Each guest bedroom measures approximately 109 sq ft and includes a built-in, sliding door closet. The master suite is located at the end of the hallway with roughly 179 sq ft of bedroom space, a walk-in closet with built-in storage, and an on-suite bathroom.
