This home measures 52’ in length, 26’8” in width and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1,387 sq ft of living space. The front door opens to the living room with no obstructions between the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen has an L-shape design and is situated at the back right corner of the home, concentrating the open common space at the center of the house. The kitchen layout can be flipped so that the L-shape is placed at the back left corner of the common space instead which would refocus the open common space to the right side of the home. The kitchen also features a freestanding rectangular center island with a same-level breakfast bar extension facing the living room. The two guest bedrooms are located down the hallway off of the dining area across from the guest bathroom and utility/laundry room. Bedroom #3 measures roughly 102 sq ft while bedroom #2 measures approximately 91 sq ft, and both include built-in, sliding door closets. The master suite is located at the end of the hallway featuring 176 sq ft of bedroom space, a walk-in closet, and an on-suite bathroom.
