This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,680 sq ft home measures 56’ in length and 30’ in width and is one of the largest floor plans offered in the Canyon Lake series. The front entrance opens to over 420 sq ft of unobstructed living and dining space excluding the bonus den located to the 

right of the entrance. The floor plan is split so that the guest bedrooms are located on the right side of the home and the master suite is located on the opposite side with the common space concentrated in the center of the home. The L-Shaped kitchen comes complete with a large C-Shaped island and leaves ample space for customization. This model is also one of the few that come with walk-in closets in all 3 bedrooms. Located down the hall off of the dining area are the two guest bedrooms measuring approximately 111 sq ft for bedroom #2 and approximately 131 sq ft for bedroom #3. Both bathrooms come with a 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo, nickel or chrome shower bar and tissue holder, 36" high vanity with a polished or unpolished edge mirror, single porcelain lavy bowl, and Hollywood bar light. Materials and fixtures for the bathroom can also be upgraded.
