The 28563F Canyon Lake model is 1,493 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and measures 56’ in length and 26’8” in width. The front entrance of the home opens to the large open concept living room with no obstructions to the kitchen and dining area. The living room includes an entryway coat closet and the walls for the living room and adjoining bedrooms can all be modified to increase or decrease the size of the individual rooms upon request. The kitchen is laid out as an L-Shaped design and features a large center island with a breakfast bar facing the living room. Materials and fixtures for the bathroom can also be upgraded.
