With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,980 sq ft, this model measures 66’ long x 30’ wide and is the largest floor plan offered in the Canyon Lake Series. The common living space is concentrated at the center of the home with an open concept living room, kitchen, dining area and family room. The U-Shaped kitchen layout is set on the left side of the common space adjacent to the utility/laundry room with access to the back entrance of the home. The kitchen offers more than enough space for your choice of island if desired and the dining area comes with the option to add a sliding glass door to the back of the home. The family room (separate from the living room) opens to the hallway leading to the guest bedrooms and guest bathroom located on the right side of the home. All 3 guest bedrooms have their own window and are conveniently placed surrounding the guest bathroom at the hallway entrance. The master suite is the largest offered in this product series and comes with a bedroom/retreat combination measuring approximately 342 sq ft. The suite features a large walk-in closet with the option to upgrade to a glamor bath featuring a separate soaking tub, walk-in shower, linen closet and dual sink vanity.

All appliances can be upgraded to stainless steel models with additional features. Both bathrooms come with a 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo, nickel or chrome shower bar and tissue holder, 36" high vanity with a polished or unpolished edge mirror, single porcelain lavy bowl, and Hollywood bar light. Materials and fixtures for the bathroom can also be upgraded.
