This model is 840 sq ft measuring approximately 56' long and 15’ wide with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The front entrance opens to the living room with the guest bed and bath located to the right and the open concept kitchen and dining area to the left. The guest bedroom is situated at the front of the home and is approximately 98.5 sq ft. The kitchen is laid out in the center of the home along one wall leaving plenty of room for an optional island of your choosing. The master suite is located at the back of the home with the entrance off of the kitchen and features approximately 162 sq ft of bedroom space, a walk-in closet, and master bath. This model also features a utility/laundry room with access to the back of the home. 

As part of the Canyon Lake series, the kitchen comes standard with a stainless steel 6" deep sink, single lever chrome faucet with spray feature, paper-wrap shaker cabinets with nickel round knobs, a white 30" gas oven/range with white hood, and white 18.1 Cubic Ft standard refrigerator.
