The Canyon Lake model 15562C is 990 sq ft measuring approximately 66' long and 15’ wide. This floorplan is incredibly versatile and can be modified to accommodate 2 or 3 bedrooms as well as 2 full bathrooms. Both the kitchen and the master bath also come with optional upgrades. The kitchen can be upgraded to include a corner sink and breakfast bar and the master suite can be upgraded to include a glamor bath with dual sinks, a soaker tub, and linen closet. If no upgrades are done, the standard floor plan comes as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom open concept layout with an estimated 168 sq ft for the master bedroom and an estimated 139 sq ft for the guest bedroom. The front entrance opens to the living room and the rear entrance is located at the utility/laundry room. 

As part of the Canyon Lake series, the kitchen comes standard with a stainless steel 6" deep sink, single lever chrome faucet with spray feature, paper-wrap shaker cabinets with nickel round knobs, a white 30" gas oven/range with white hood, and white 18.1 Cubic Ft standard refrigerator. All appliances can be upgraded to stainless steel models with additional features. Both bathrooms come with a 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo, nickel or chrome shower bar and tissue holder, 36" high vanity with a polished or unpolished edge mirror, single porcelain lavy bowl, and Hollywood bar light. Materials and fixtures for the bathroom can also be upgraded.
