This model is a 640 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home measuring approximately 48' long and 13'4" wide. The 2 bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the home with the living room, kitchen, and dining area kept as an open layout in the center. The design includes an L shaped kitchen open to the dining area and living room with the front entrance located off of the living room and the rear entrance located off of the dining area. As the living room and guest bedroom share a wall, this model comes with the option to divide the square footage between the living room and adjacent bedroom equally or enlarge either the living room or the guest bedroom by moving the adjoining wall in either direction. There are also several options to upgrade the guest bedroom windows located at the front of the home. The master bedroom is located at the back of the home and is approximately 108 sq ft with both the bathroom and the laundry room located on either side of the bedroom door. 

As part of the Canyon Lake series, the kitchen comes standard with a stainless steel 6" deep sink, single lever chrome faucet with spray feature, paper-wrap shaker cabinets with nickel round knobs, a white 30" gas oven/range with white hood, and white 18.1 Cubic Ft standard refrigerator. All appliances can be upgraded to stainless steel models with additional features. The bathroom comes with a 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo, chrome shower bar and tissue holder, 36" high vanity with a polished edge mirror, single porcelain lavy bowl, and Hollywood bar light. Materials and fixtures for the bathroom can also be upgraded.
