Measuring 66’ long and 40’ wide, the 40564K model is one of only two triple-wide floor plans in the Vogue II series. With 2,145 sq ft of living space, this house comes standard with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate living room, family room, dining room, and sunroom. The front entrance is designed as a recessed porch and opens into the living room. The living room has a built-in roof dormer for added natural light and opens to the semi-enclosed sunroom on the right. The dining room flows directly into the kitchen in the middle and is completely open to both the living room and family room on either side. The kitchen is laid out as a U-Shape with a rectangular center island and C-Shaped bonus island with breakfast bar facing the adjoining space between the dining area and family room. There is recessed lighting featured throughout the kitchen with the option to add additional lights to the dining area. The family room is the largest of the common rooms and comes with the option to add a corner fireplace or a linear fireplace and built-in media center along one wall. 

The dining room connects to an L-shaped hallway that leads to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and utility/laundry room. Bedroom #’s 2 and 3 are the first guest bedrooms off the hallway entrance and both feature walk-in closets that can be eliminated to accommodate an alternate exterior entrance door if desired. If left in the standard layout, these two bedrooms measure approximately 143 sq ft and 150 sq ft. Bedroom #4 measures approximately 134 sq ft and can be substituted for a bonus room upon request. The master suite is located at the end of the hallway and offers 201 sq ft of bedroom space with a large walk-in closet and on-suite glamor bathroom. The master bathroom features a large soaking tub separating two individual vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and linen closet. 

The Vogue II Series includes some standard upgrades that are not featured in the Canyon Lake Series. The kitchen comes standard with a porcelain sink, single lever faucet with spray feature, full height ceramic tile backsplash, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. Included in the appliances are a freestanding gas range with range hood, microwave range hood, dishwasher, 25 CF SxS refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, and garbage disposal. The master bath comes standard with the glamor upgrade option which includes an oval drop-in tub and separate 48” walk-in shower, 4” ceramic backsplash, mirrored medicine cabinet, porcelain lavy bowl, elongated toilet, 36” high vanity, and (2) 4” LED can lights. The guest bath includes the same upgraded backsplash and fixtures with a 1-PC 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo.
