This home measures 64’ long and 26’8” wide and features dividing walls with archway openings separating the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The front entrance can be recessed upon request and opens to the living room. The dining area and kitchen are located to the right of the living room while the study, bedrooms, and bathrooms are located to the left. The living room includes a roof dormer for added natural light and can be upgraded to include a fireplace. The study can be customized with a set of sliding glass doors or it can be substituted entirely for a third bedroom. The kitchen is almost fully enclosed with two archway openings leading to the dining area and living room and door access to the utility/laundry room. The cooking area is laid out as an L-Shape in the right corner of the home featuring two different options for bay windows. The kitchen also includes a rectangular center island, desk area, breakfast nook, and pantry.
