The 28573M is a versatile floor plan with options for 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is 1,511 sq ft and measures 57’4” in length and 26’8” in width. This model offers a split floor plan with the guest bedrooms off the hallway to the right of the front entrance, the master suite located on the left of the home, and a generous open common space concentrated in the middle. The front entrance opens to the living room and can be customized to feature a recessed entry. The living room includes a roof dormer (vertical window built into the roof slope) and optional fireplace and is completely open to the dining area. The standard floor plan comes with a semi-enclosed bonus den adjacent to the dining area that can be substituted for a fourth bedroom. The kitchen is a galley style kitchen located at the rear left corner of the home with an L-Shaped breakfast bar extension and bonus breakfast nook area. A sliding glass door or rear entry door can be added to the breakfast nook if desired and the kitchen comes with an option for a separate wall stove. 

If a fourth bedroom is added in place of the den, the three guest bedrooms would measure approximately 110 sq ft, 126 sq ft, and 150 sq ft and are clustered around the guest bathroom. Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 both come with the option to add bay windows and bedroom #2 can be increased in size upon request. The master suite offers approximately 167 sq ft of bedroom space with a walk-in closet and on-suite bathroom. The master bathroom comes standard with the glamor option and features dual vanity sinks, a large soaker tub, and separate walk-in shower. 

The Vogue II Series includes some standard upgrades that are not featured in the Canyon Lake Series. The kitchen comes standard with a porcelain sink, single lever faucet with spray feature, full height ceramic tile backsplash, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. Included in the appliances are a freestanding gas range with range hood, microwave range hood, dishwasher, 25 CF SxS refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, and garbage disposal. The master bath comes standard with the glamor upgrade option which includes an oval drop-in tub and separate 48” walk-in shower, 4” ceramic backsplash, mirrored medicine cabinet, porcelain lavy bowl, elongated toilet, 36” high vanity, and (2) 4” LED can lights. The guest bath includes the same upgraded backsplash and fixtures with a 1-PC 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo.
