Although this floor plan is nearly identical to model number 24563F, it is 4’ longer allowing for a larger front porch and larger walk-in closet for the master suite. At 60’ long and 23’4” wide, this model also features 1,400 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As with 24563F, the recessed front entry opens to the open concept living area with the kitchen and dining on the right and the living room on the left. The L-Shaped kitchen is the same as the previous model and is open to the dining area and living room with a freestanding rectangular island. The two guest bedrooms on this model each measure approximately 94 sq ft and include built-in, sliding door closets. The master suite measures approximately 164 sq ft in bedroom space and features a large walk-in closet with built-in storage as well as an on-suite bathroom. The master bathroom includes a dual sink vanity, enclosed walk-in shower, private toilet, and two linen closets. The larger linen closet can be eliminated upon request to allow for a separate soaking tub. 

As part of the Coronado series this home features some standard upgrades that are not included in the other product series. The kitchen comes standard with an 8” stainless steel sink, brushed nickel, pull-out sprayer faucet, tile backsplash accents, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The appliances include: a freestanding gas range with a microwave range hood, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and 21 CF side by side refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. The master bath comes standard with a 60” 1-piece fiberglass walk-in shower with an enclosure, dual porcelain vanity sinks, ceramic tile backsplash, mirrored medicine cabinet, elongated toilet, nickel towel bar & tissue holder, 36” high vanity with 2 vanity lights, and 3 LED recessed lights. The guest bath includes the same upgraded backsplash and fixtures with a 1-PC 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo, one, single sink, 30” high vanity, and 2 recessed lights.
