The 24563E model is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home featuring an open floor plan. The home measures approximately 1,306 sq ft and is 56’ long and 23’4” wide. The front entrance opens into the completely open common area with no obstructions between the living room, kitchen, or dining area. The kitchen is laid out as an L-shape at the right corner of the common space with a long, freestanding rectangular island that features a same level breakfast bar extension. The kitchen can be flipped so that the L-shaped layout is placed at the left corner of the common space rather than the right. This would refocus the concentrated open space from the center of the home to the right side. The bedrooms are all located along the left side of the hallway with the two guest bedrooms located at the front across from the laundry/utility room and guest bathroom, and the master suite located at the end of the hallway. The guest bedrooms each measure approximately 108 sq ft and feature built-in sliding door closets. The master suite measures roughly 165 sq ft in bedroom space and includes a walk-in closet with storage and an on-suite bathroom. The master bathroom features a dual sink vanity with an enclosed walk-in shower, linen closet and private toilet. The linen closet can be eliminated to accommodate a separate soaking tub if desired.
