The 24564A is 1 of only 2 models in the Canyon Lake series to offer a 4 bedroom floor plan. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home is 1,306 sq ft and measures 56’ long and 23’4” wide. This design also features a split floor plan with the guest bedrooms located on one side of the home, the master suite located on the opposite end, and the common space concentrated in the center. The standard layout includes a galley style kitchen located at the right corner of the living space with a breakfast bar extension and can be upgraded to one of two larger kitchen options. Alternate kitchen #1 features a U-Shaped design located on the opposite left corner of the living space and offers significantly more counter space and a diagonal breakfast bar extension. Alternate kitchen #2 is also a U-Shaped design on the left side, and it features a walk-in pantry in place of the extra counter space of the other option. Alternate kitchen #2 also includes a smaller breakfast bar.
The master suite is located to the left of the front door entrance off of the living room and includes approximately 153 sq ft of bedroom space as well as a walk-in closet and on-suite bathroom. The master bathroom can be upgraded to a glamor option which features a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, dual sink vanity, and linen closet. The 3 guest bedrooms are located on the right side of the home down the hallway off of the kitchen. Bedroom #2 measures approximately 127 sq ft and includes a walk-in closet which can be decreased in size to accommodate a guest closet in the hallway. This bedroom can also be substituted for an optional family room if desired. The other two guest bedrooms measure approximately 110 sq ft and 100 sq ft. Bedroom #4 is the larger of these two and can be substituted for a study with a built in media center or recessed desk upon request.
As part of the Canyon Lake series, the kitchen comes standard with a stainless steel 6" deep sink, single lever chrome faucet with spray feature, paper-wrap shaker cabinets with nickel round knobs, a white 30" gas oven/range with white hood, and white 18.1 Cubic Ft standard refrigerator. All appliances can be upgraded to stainless steel models with additional features. Both bathrooms come with a 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo, nickel or chrome shower bar and tissue holder, 36" high vanity with a polished or unpolished edge mirror, single porcelain lavy bowl, and Hollywood bar light. Materials and fixtures for the bathroom can also be upgraded.
