The Canyon Lake model 24563P is a 1,166 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plan measuring 56’ in length and 23’4” in width. These measurements include a 6’ x 23’4” front porch which can be increased in depth to 8’ if desired. The front door is situated in the center of the porch and opens into the living room. The standard kitchen layout features an open concept L-shaped kitchen located at the far left corner of the living area with the option to add a freestanding rectangle island facing the living room. This layout concentrates the open common space on the right side of the home. The other two alternate kitchen options also feature an L-shaped kitchen but the location has been flipped to the opposite right corner of the living space. Both alternate layouts feature different island shapes and both concentrate the open space toward the center of the home and offer a slightly more private feel to the dining area. The master suite is located at the end of the hallway and features approximately 142 sq ft of bedroom space with a large walk-in closet and on-suite bathroom. The 2 guest bedrooms measure approximately 89 sq ft and 91 sq ft and are located off of the hallway on either side of the guest bathroom. 

As part of the Canyon Lake series, the kitchen comes standard with a stainless steel 6" deep sink, single lever chrome faucet with spray feature, paper-wrap shaker cabinets with nickel round knobs, a white 30" gas oven/range with white hood, and white 18.1 Cubic Ft standard refrigerator. All appliances can be upgraded to stainless steel models with additional features. Both bathrooms come with a 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo, nickel or chrome shower bar and tissue holder, 36" high vanity with a polished or unpolished edge mirror, single porcelain lavy bowl, and Hollywood bar light. Materials and fixtures for the bathroom can also be upgraded.
