This home measures 44’ in length and 23’4”in width and comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The floor plan also includes two different options for the kitchen layout. The first option is a galley kitchen located in the left corner of the living space and includes a small L-shaped breakfast bar. This option is an open concept layout and concentrates all of the open space toward the center of the common area keeping the dining area and living room completely unobstructed. The second option is an U-shaped kitchen with a breakfast bar extension located on the right corner of the living space. This option still keeps an open concept but breaks up the space enough to allow for a slightly more private dining area. The adjoining wall of the master bedroom and living room can be moved in either direction to increase or decrease the size of either room. If left in the standard position, the master suite features approximately 159 sq ft of bedroom space as well as an on-suite bathroom. A second closet and additional vanity sink can be added upon request. The guest bedrooms measure approximately 120 sq ft and 95 sq ft with the larger of the two located at the front of the home adjacent to the living room and the smaller located right behind it adjacent to the guest bathroom. 

As part of the Canyon Lake series, the kitchen comes standard with a stainless steel 6" deep sink, single lever chrome faucet with spray feature, paper-wrap shaker cabinets with nickel round knobs, a white 30" gas oven/range with white hood, and white 18.1 Cubic Ft standard refrigerator. All appliances can be upgraded to stainless steel models with additional features. Both bathrooms come with a 60" fiberglass tub/shower combo, nickel or chrome shower bar and tissue holder, 36" high vanity with a polished or unpolished edge mirror, single porcelain lavy bowl, and Hollywood bar light. Materials and fixtures for the bathroom can also be upgraded.
