The 20522F Canyon Lake model is over 1,000 sq ft with floor plan options for 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It measures 52’ in length and 19’8” in width and comes with several versatile options for the layout including swapping the location of the kitchen and dining area as well as 

increasing or decreasing the size of the living room and bedrooms. The standard layout places the L-shaped kitchen at the far left corner of the common area and includes an L-shaped island with breakfast bar and additional pantry concentrating the open space at the front of the home. The alternate kitchen layout places the L-shaped kitchen to the far right corner of the home and 

includes a free standing rectangle island concentrating the open space at the center of the home. Assuming the adjoining walls are left in the standard layout (not moved to increase the size of any given room), the 3 bedroom option features two 80 sq ft guest bedrooms and one 141 sq ft master suite. The 3rd bedroom can be substituted out for a den to increase common space and a linen closet can be added to the hallway. 

As part of the Canyon Lake series, the kitchen comes standard with a stainless steel 6" deep sink, single lever chrome faucet with spray feature, paper-wrap shaker cabinets with nickel round knobs, a white 30" gas oven/range with white hood, and white 18.1 Cubic Ft standard refrigerator. All appliances can be upgraded to stainless steel models with additional features. Materials and fixtures for the bathroom can also be upgraded.
